Habitat for Humanity Central Arizona<br />
For emergency home repairs, such as a/c unit, heater, swamp<br />
cooler, elect/mechanic/plumbing issues, for low-and moderateincome<br />
<strong>Glendale</strong> homeowners. Repairs exceeding $1,000+ will<br />
require a lien to be placed on the home for a period <strong>of</strong> 5 years.<br />
HOMELESS PREVENTION & HOMELESS ASSIST:<br />
<strong>City</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Glendale</strong><br />
<strong>Community</strong> Action Program (CAP)<br />
CAP provides rent, mortgage and/or utility assistance to lowmoderate-income<br />
residents in <strong>Glendale</strong>. Additional assistance is<br />
available to low-moderate-income homeowners in <strong>Glendale</strong> as well.<br />

Keeping Families United<br />
