Welcome<br />
Welcome to the November edition of the (GHA) HealthSMART — Patient and Client Management<br />
System (P&CMS) <strong>Newsletter</strong>. The project team have been busy implementing iPM at Stage 1A sites—<br />
LRH, CGHS, WGHG & GSHS; completing Configuration of iPM for stage 1B sites, and testing data<br />
migration for 1B sites—BRHS, BCRH, YDHS, SGH, ORH & ODH.<br />
The project team would like to extend a big thank-you to all of the people that have participated in<br />
the project to date, for all your hard-work.<br />
Completed Activities<br />
• Implementation of iPM for Stage 1A—LRH, CGHS, WGHG & GSHS (last weekend in Oct)<br />
• Round 1 of Testing Data Migration for BRHS, BCRH, YDHS, SGH, ORH & ODH; including testing<br />
of VAED, PMI, ATD, Coding and Medical Record Tracking<br />
• Data Migration Development and refinement (Benchmark Design)<br />
• Move to consolidated systems for MEDTRAK & STOCCA<br />
• VAED extract training Stage 1B sites<br />

contact GHA staff directly for iPM faults.<br />
Please note that the service desk is staffed during<br />
business hours, Monday through to Friday. Public<br />
holidays and weekends calls should be logged via the<br />
after-hours arrangements.<br />
Please note that currently the application for Service<br />
Desk is temporary as such reporting and notification is<br />
minimal if you would like an update on your ticket<br />
please telephone the helpdesk (emailing creates<br />
another ticket).<br />
Interface Engine Stats<br />
The interfaces have been built and implemented, so<br />
there now is linkage between Medtrak, STOCCA,<br />
BOS and iPM.<br />
Detailed below are some statistics relating to the<br />
number of messages processed:<br />
• Daily 12,000 messages are processed from<br />
iPM to the downstream systems.<br />
• Around 200 messages are sent from Medtrak<br />
to iPM per day.<br />

For all End-Users at Stage 1B sites, training should<br />
be made available to you in the coming weeks (if not<br />
already), please contact your site liaison or Business<br />
Advisory Group Member for any training queries.<br />
