Published <strong>Dasam</strong> Granth since 1897 corrected by Sodhak Committee.<br />

2)Whether any Granth with Title “ Dasmi Patshahi Ka Granth” Or Bachitar Natak<br />

Granth associated with 10 th Guru as reported by Malcolm in 1810 AD <strong>and</strong> then<br />

corrected & compiled by Sodhak committee in 1897 as ” Dasmi Patshahi Sri Guru<br />

Granth Sahib Ji” was present in Punjab or Delhi area in 18 th century or not.<br />

According to the history now with family <strong>of</strong> Raja Gulab Singh Sethi ( 47 Hanuman Rd,<br />

New Delhi), “This bir was found during Multan Victory presently in the Pakistan area in<br />

1818 AD. It was found by a military person. Then this person moved to Hyderabad in<br />

South India <strong>and</strong> he settled after retirement in N<strong>and</strong>er area <strong>of</strong> Maharastra. This Bir stayed<br />

with his family. Then it went to Jamad<strong>and</strong>ar Para Singh’s Dera from where it was bought<br />

by Raja Gulab Singh in 1945 <strong>and</strong> taken to Lahore. Then after partition <strong>of</strong> India Raja<br />

Gulab Singh family settled in New Delhi.” Actual details prior to procurement by Raja<br />

Gulab Singh cannot be confirmed but the storey is as mentioned above.<br />
