To university students:<br />

1. To change their approach to educati<strong>on</strong> by giving top priority to receiving a highquality<br />

educati<strong>on</strong>.<br />

2. To demand high-quality educati<strong>on</strong> from the faculty.<br />

3. To increase their knowledge about corrupti<strong>on</strong> and different types <strong>of</strong> its<br />

manifestati<strong>on</strong>, and about their rights and opportunities in combating corrupti<strong>on</strong>.<br />

4. To resist some<strong>on</strong>e’s attempts to involve them in corrupti<strong>on</strong>-related <strong>of</strong>fences,<br />

and in the case <strong>of</strong> pressure, to report the <strong>of</strong>fense to either internal or government<br />

instituti<strong>on</strong>s.<br />

5. To participate actively in the public life <strong>of</strong> universities <strong>on</strong> the issue <strong>of</strong> combating<br />

corrupti<strong>on</strong>, and to make proposals as for any improvement in this area.<br />

6. To unite with other students to counteract corrupti<strong>on</strong> in universities more<br />

effectively, as well as through youth committees, students trade uni<strong>on</strong>s, etc.<br />
