The board members have not been concerned by any special provision, except for the distribution of directors‘ fees voted on by the Mixed Annual General Meeting of 15 June 2001. This fee covers the gross remunerations and benefits in kind of Mr.Olivier GINON for € 88 700, Mr. Olivier ROUX for € 77 350 and € 86 440 for the fees charged to the Compagnie du Planay, a holding personally held by Mr. Gilles Gouédard-Comte.
