Remuneration of Directors and Administrators
The remunerations of directors and administrators of the
Group Générale Location belonging to the group
committee Générale Location during the period amount
to 1 299 K€. The group committee is made of the
executive committee of the holding company (seven
persons) and the nine functional and operating
managers. Its exact composition is presented in note 5.3
of the reference document. No advances or credit
facilities have been granted to the executive members.
