**Important Ordering information<br />
To ensure that the emission system ordered is legal for the state of registration: Option YF5 should be ordered for all vehicles that will be registered in California; Option NE1 should<br />
be ordered for all vehicles that will be registered in Connecticut, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island Vermont or<br />
Washington State; Option FE9 should be ordered for all vehicles that will be registered in Federal emission states (i.e., all states except California, Connecticut, Maine, Maryland,<br />
Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont and Washington State). Refer to Dealer Bulletin <strong>GM</strong> 12-14 dated May 16, 2012 for more<br />
information.<br />
SALES AREA Footnotes:<br />
(A) Not legal for registration in California, Connecticut, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont or Washington State.<br />
In addition, may not be delivered to a dealer located in Maine or Vermont, even if the vehicle is sold to a customer who will register the vehicle in a Federal emission state.<br />
(B) E85 ethanol flex-fuel engine (FHS) not available in California, Connecticut, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island,<br />
Vermont and Washington State except for order types FBC and FGO.<br />
(C) Will only be delivered for sale/sold in states with California emission requirements, i.e., CA, CT, MA, MD, ME, NJ, NY, OR, PA, RI, VT and WA.<br />
