2011- 12 All- CAA selections Shaun Foster earned CAA Defensive Player of the Year honors in each of the last two seasons. CAA Pitcher of the Year Olivia Galati, Softball CAA Player of the Year Danny Poma, Baseball CAA Defensive Player of the Year Shaun Foster, Men’s Soccer Matt Ford, Baseball CAA Coach of the Year Bill Edwards, Softball Hall of Fame Coach Bill Edwards has won 848 games during his 23 seasons at Hofstra. Matt Ford was the first Pride player to earn the CAA Baseball Defensive Player of the Year award.
