What can the <strong>GM</strong> Business Choice<br />
Program do for my business?<br />
This incentive program is designed specifically for eligible business owners<br />
who purchase or lease new eligible <strong><strong>GM</strong>C</strong> vehicles and use the vehicles in their<br />
day-to-day business operations, not just for transportation purposes.<br />
Am I eligible for Business Choice?<br />
As part of the Business Choice Program, eligible business owners can<br />
receive up to $1,200 of select <strong><strong>GM</strong>C</strong> <strong>Accessories</strong> plus a business<br />
maintenance plan.<br />
To qualify, you must be able to answer yes to these questions:<br />
1. Are you a business owner?<br />
2. Will the vehicle be used in the day-to-day operation of your business?<br />
3. Can you provide one of the following eligible business documents?<br />
• <strong>GM</strong> <strong>Fleet</strong> Account Number (FAN)<br />
• DBA (Doing Business As)<br />
• Sales Tax License<br />
• State Business License or State/Federal Business<br />
Tax ID Certificate<br />
• State Occupational License for Trade (Example: Plumbers,<br />
Electricians, Contractors, etc.)<br />
• Municipalities (In Lieu of Bid Assistance, vehicle must be in<br />
the name of the municipality)<br />
• Municipal Business License<br />
• Prior-year Schedule C (Form 1040) or Schedule F (Form<br />
1040-farmers only)<br />
