Adjustable <strong>HALFEN</strong> channel fixing systems<br />

offer a whole range of benefits:<br />

• Non-slip bolting at any point with Halfen T-head bolts.<br />

• Corrosion protection remains intact after bolting.<br />

• Can be adjusted or extended on site without any need for machining (it is<br />

therefore not restricted by different hole settings when changes are made to<br />

components).<br />

• Several different thread diameters can be used in one channel.<br />

• High corrosion protection of structural components through hot-dip galvanising<br />

(piece galvanisation). Alternatively, pre-galvanised versions are available for<br />

lower corrosion protection requirements.<br />

• A large selection of standard channels with excellent load bearing characteristics.<br />

<strong>HALFEN</strong> Framing channels represent support structures and fixing materials<br />

all in one.<br />

Using <strong>HALFEN</strong> Framing channels<br />

uneconomic procedures are avoided such<br />

- costly machining and corrosion protection<br />

on finished structural units during<br />

retrofitting or on-site adaptation.<br />

- time-consuming hole setting calculations<br />

for structural parts requiring large numbers<br />

of bolts.<br />

- costly manufacture of purpose-made bolted<br />

structures.<br />
