Bio-Med/Life Sciences<br />
<strong>Gilbert</strong> is a community with significant opportunities for business<br />
development, special events and a variety <strong>of</strong> mixed-use development<br />
ideas. The <strong>Town</strong> Council wants to be well prepared for the recovering<br />
economy and encourage creative ideas that contribute to the community<br />
vision. It is important to develop a sound economic development plan<br />
identifying development clusters <strong>of</strong> preferred development characteristics<br />
and to set the policies and procedures to be business friendly in support<br />
<strong>of</strong> the Vision and <strong>Strategic</strong> Initiatives.<br />
