• Targeted development indicators in each sector<br />
• Output and investment Growth : Public and private sectors<br />

• * As an Action Plan addressing the mid-range plan, projects were<br />
categorized into: Construction Projects and Executive Projects with<br />
chronological implementation steps and specific budgets<br />

Annual Plan: Basic Features<br />
2. Balanced socio-economic benefits<br />
The plan includes several development projects to be<br />
implemented by establishing public shareholding<br />
companies through the mechanism of public<br />
subscription of at least 50% of the shares, thus<br />
maximizing high return of these mega projects<br />
3. Accordance to the laws of Planning:<br />
All State planning efforts are governed by relevant<br />
laws which provide for the preparation of the<br />
detailed annual plan and economic and social<br />
planning at large.<br />
