The material has been tested according to UL 746<br />
C§26 "Ultraviolet Light Exposure". Field tests in a<br />
temperate climate have proven the polyester<br />
enclosures withstand oudoor exposure for at least<br />
20 years, without affecting the functional properties.<br />
If the surface aspect is important, or if the enclosures<br />
are to be used in unprotected areas with high solar<br />
radiation, we recommend the use of a protective<br />
coating, prolonging the expected lifetime with<br />
10 years.<br />
