Internal steam generator. High-efficiency tubular gas burner
controlled by electronic ignition.
Semi-automatic system of descalcification.
Five cooking modes, with humidity control:

Multi-sensor core probe with electronic control and display.
“Delta” function maintains a difference of constant
temperature between the heart of the food and the
temperature of the cooking chamber.
Electronic thermostat with dual displays.
Digital electronic timer controls the cooking times.
Memory system to store up 99 cooking programs.
System for temperature recording incorporated.
Two speed fan motors with automatic reversing
to provide even heat distribution in the oven.
Fan motor on the left side of the chamber.
Two heating powers depending on load capacity of the oven.
Cool-down system
Self-diagnostic System to indicate the source of any malfunction.
Automatic cleaning system of the chamber.
Supplied complete with a retractable shower spray for cleaning.
Double glazed doors with hinged interior glass to facilitate cleaning.
Chimney equipped with opening and closing device.
