The Company is not listed in any Stock Exchange. The Company has not come out with any
Public or Rights Issue since inception.
There are no defaults in meeting any statutory/bank/institutional dues. No proceedings
have been initiated for economic offences against the Company and it is not a sick
Company within the meaning of Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Act, 1985.
Related Party Transactions: The Company paid lease rental of Rs. 3.16 lacs during the
quarter ended June 30, 2009 and Rs. 16.32 lacs during the year ended March 31, 2009 to
Rambagh Estates Private Limited (P.Y. Rs. 15.93 lacs) for the Corporate Office of the
Company.

Mr. Ajay Kumar Swarup is the promoter of the Company.
The Company was incorporated on January 11, 1988 with the Registrar of Companies,
Delhi & Haryana, as a private limited company, with its registered office at 51-A, Friends
Colony (East), New Delhi-110065. The main objects are to carry on business of Real Estate,
leasing, selling, purchasing etc of Immovable properties.
