Mr. Ajay Kumar Swarup is the promoter of the Company.
The Company was incorporated on January 28, 1992 with the Registrar of Companies,
Delhi & Haryana, as a private limited company, with its registered office at C-631, New
Friends Colony, New Delhi-110065. The main objects are to carry on business of Real
Estate, leasing, selling, purchasing etc of properties.
