3. Networth means aggregate of value of the paid-up share capital and free reserves
(excluding revaluation reserves) reduced by the aggregate value of accumulated
losses and deferred expenditure not written off (including miscellaneous expenses not
written off) as per the audited balance sheet.
The Company has not done any business of alcohol since incorporation.
Mr. Ajay Kumar Swarup holds 82.06% equity. Mr. Ajay Kumar Swarup along with Mrs.
Madhavi Swarup and Mrs. Saroj Rani Swarup hold 97% equity.
Share Quotation
The Company is not listed in any Stock Exchange. The Company has not come out with any
Public or Rights Issue since inception.
There are no defaults in meeting any statutory/bank/institutional dues. No proceedings have
been initiated for economic offences against the Company and it is not a sick Company
within the meaning of Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Act, 1985.

The Company has been promoted by Mr. Ajay Kumar Swarup.
The Company was incorporated on June 11, 1997 with the Registrar of Companies, NCT of
Delhi & Haryana, as a private limited company, with its registered office at C-631, New
Friends Colony, New Delhi-110065.
The main objects is to carry on and manage the business or trades of Whisky, Gin, Beer,
Rum, Brandy and general distillers, compounders and rectifiers, merchants, exporters,
importers etc.
