Mr. Gautam Premnath Khandelwal, aged 47 years is the Non-Executive Chairman of the<br />
Company. He completed his High School from The Doon School and B.A. (Economics) from<br />
Elphinstone College, Mumbai. Mr. Khandelwal started his career as a Management Trainee with<br />
Khandelwal Group in 1984, and later became Chief Executive of Khandelwal Laboratories Pvt.<br />
Ltd. He was Director of Stellar Chemical Laboratories Pvt Ltd., and moved on to become the Vice<br />
Chairman & Managing Director of KFA Group in 1993, where he successfully turned around the<br />
Company. He is the Chairman of Nagpur Power & Industries Limited. He was a Director of<br />
Khandelwal Otsuka Pharmaceuticals Limited. He is the Chairman of Informed Technologies India<br />
Limited since 1999. Mr. Khandelwal has over 23 years of vast experience in senior managerial<br />
positions and he is on the Board of many companies such as Nagpur Power & Industries Ltd.,<br />
Informed Technologies India Ltd., Khandelwals Ltd. U.K., Khandelwal Remedies Pvt. Ltd.,<br />
