The Company and its promoter have the requisite knowledge and technology to produce the same, having been in this business. MANUFACTURING PROCESS Basic Raw material for manufacture of Rectified Spirit is Molasses and/or Grain. Molasses is a byproduct of the Sugar industry. Molasses is available in abundance in the state of Haryana and in the neighbouring state of Uttar Pradesh. Molasses of 40–50% total reducing sugar and 10-12% un-fermentable sugar is purchased from various sugar mills and brought to the Company’s facility in road tankers. Molasses is stored in huge tanks. It is then taken to Fermentation House for fermentation in various fermentators. Fermentable sugar in molasses is converted into Ethyl Alcohol and Carbon dioxide with the help of microorganism called yeast in two distinct phases. 80
