XFI EGT Module<br />
The XFI EGT (Exhaust Gas Temperature) Module from FAST allows XFI owners to<br />
monitor up to 8 EGT sensors without requiring the use of the 8 spare auxiliary XFI <br />
inputs. The XFI EGT Module utilizes a small, thin cable to communicate through a<br />
high speed CAN (Controller Area Network) connection.<br />

Crank Triggers<br />
FAST turned to the OEMs to see what they<br />
trust in the way of crank triggers for their 400 &<br />
500 hp daily drivers. Until now, flying magnetic<br />
trigger wheels with bulky inductive pickups<br />
have been used with the risk of broken magnets<br />
or losing magnets at high engine rpm,<br />
which is detrimental to engine efficiency. But<br />
not any more.<br />
The FAST Crank Trigger is a magnet-free<br />
device with a wheel constructed from ASTM<br />
A36 grade steel that is so strong that it is<br />
only .125-inch thick and is virtually indestructible.<br />
With the wheel being this thin, it<br />
not only weighs less but requires less space<br />
than competitors’ aluminum versions. The<br />
FAST inductive sensor is also much smaller<br />
than others on the market and is hermetically<br />
sealed with the connector molded into the<br />
body. This sensor is used by OEMs both on<br />
and inside the motor and provides accurate<br />
timing and is long lasting.<br />
XFI 3-Axis Accelerometer Module<br />
The XFI 3-Axis Accelerometer Module gives you the ability to read g-forces for acceleration/deceleration,<br />
vertical motion and turns. This module, designed to communicate<br />
with the C-Com XFI software, allows an individual to test and improve<br />
launches, braking and cornering of your vehicle. Possible uses for this are off-road,<br />
road racing, drag racing and even your street performance vehicle.<br />
