Evaluating the satisfaction of some key stakeholders and assessing the strengths and weaknesses by using a reliable method<br />

(quantitative and / or qualitative) should be one of the most important analysis-tools. Benchmarking your level of satisfaction with<br />

data of your industry can be very helpful.<br />

4.8 Toolbox for creating a vision<br />

Start with a mission statement, that…<br />

• Captures the essence of why the organization exists – Who we are, what we do<br />

• Explains the basic needs that you fulfill<br />

• Expresses the core values of the organization<br />

• Should be brief and to the point (“KISS”)<br />

• Is easy to understand<br />

• Tries to convey the unique nature of your organization and the role it plays that differentiates it from others<br />
