1) Secretary Minutes and Treasurer Report
a) There were no changes to the 'corrected' minutes of the last meeting noted, so the minutes were accepted as published.
b) The treasurer reported a check book balance of: $20,407.75

Simone reported about the Strategic Planning Meeting she attended last week. 32 conferences were represented. Future
goals include 1) create a Resource List for all the SVDP Council area, 2) expand membership to include all 60+ parishes, 3)
involve more younger people. Simone also showed us a new banner she obtained at the meeting.
Gary announced the CA meeting is postponed until the April 16 Monday meeting. He will send out more information
prior to the meeting.
No meeting is scheduled for next Monday following Easter Sunday since the church building will be closed. Approval of
cases will be handled on an emergency basis.
