11.1 In respect of the Company the audited annual report for the 13 month period to 31 March 2011 and
the unaudited half-yearly report (for the six month period ended 30 September 2011) are being
incorporated by reference into Part V of this document.
11.2 In respect of Foresight 5, the annual report for the year ended 30 September 2010 (in Foresight 5’s
previous name – Acuity Growth VCT plc) and the half yearly report for the six month period ended
31 March 2011 are being incorporated by reference into Part V of this document.
11.3 In respect of Acuity 3, the annual report for the year ended 30 September 2010 and the unaudited
