Course Description:<br />
This graduate-level 45-hour course covers behavioral assessment, measurement<br />
<strong>of</strong> behavior, data display and interpretation. The course also introduces the<br />
experimental evaluation <strong>of</strong> interventions. Though in a different sequence, the<br />
present course covers the tasks from Content Areas #4 through #8 <strong>of</strong> the Third<br />
Edition <strong>of</strong> the BACB ® ’s Behavior Analyst Task List © (BACB, 2005).<br />
Components<br />
• Seven Instructional Units, covering a total <strong>of</strong> five Study Guides.<br />
• Units delivered through interactive webcasts + Acquisition ASRs*, in short<br />
segments = 35+ total hours<br />
• Ten, 1-hour online meetings with co-instructors = 10 total hours<br />
• Seven online tests (two forms available) and one online proctored final exam<br />
*ASRs are Active Student Responding Exercises; questions provided by the instructor during<br />
instructional videos. Students will write down their responses and later enter them into ANGEL.<br />

Course Dates<br />
• April 15, 2012-July 3, 2012.<br />
• Each Unit takes between one and two weeks to complete.<br />
• Final Exam: June 25, 2012-July, 3, 2012<br />
Course Material Availability<br />
Course material for the next unit is made available on Fridays at 12:01am<br />
Eastern Time on the date that the unit exam is turned on for the previous unit.<br />
Online Meetings<br />
Online meetings for each unit begin on Tuesdays and the LAST Online meetings for<br />
that unit will be held on Mondays. You must attend the online meetings to which<br />
you are assigned unless you are attending a make-up session. You may not miss<br />
more than 3 online meetings and still pass the class. You may not make-up more<br />
than 2 online meetings. For full details see Grading Criteria below.<br />
