Late Fee
The site will promptly close at 3:30 p.m. Late customers
will be turned away. Any customers unloading
after the closure times will be charged a late
fee.
The fees are assessed as follows:
3:31p.m.-3:39p.m.=$25
3:40p.m.-3:49p.m.=$50
3:40p.m.-3:59p.m.=$75
4:00p.m.=$100

NOTICE
The Bozeman Convenience site is operated by
the Gallatin Solid Waste Management District.
The District opened the Convenience site on
July 1, 2008, for the convenience of the
non-commercial District residents to dispose
of regular household materials in small
quantities only. It is not, and was not
intended to be a transfer station.
The Bozeman Convenience Site’s waste
disposal area for regular household garbage
via the stationary compactor or the roll-off bins
are for non-commercial District residents only.
The site cannot accept commercial loads of
household garbage/light construction/heavy
construction materials in the roll-off bins or
stationary compactor.
If you are a non-commercial resident who has
a tip-trailer load/u-haul/ etc. full of materials it
will also not be accepted at the site. These
type of loads need to be taken to the Logan
Landfill for disposal due to the volume of
material brought in at one-time that fills the
limited boxes allowed on site.
Logan Landfill is located off of I-90 Exit 283

Household Hazardous Waste event the
second Saturday of each month from
9:00 am to 12:00 pm
It will only be accepted at this time
NO EXCEPTIONS.
No appointment is needed
and it is free for
household residents.
Commercial generators may be accepted
by appointment for a fee.

The Bozeman Convenience Site accepts
oil, antifreeze, and batteries during regular
business hours Tuesday – Saturday
8:00 am – 3:30 pm
The Logan Landfill accepts oil, antifreeze,
batteries, fluorescent bulbs, propane
cylinders; propane tanks, pesticide
containers and bear spray canisters during
regular business hours Monday through
Saturday
