• Capacity-building <strong>of</strong> women<br />
• Traditional knowledge<br />
Social capital assets:<br />
• Levels <strong>of</strong> corruption/effectiveness <strong>of</strong> administration<br />
• Equity in application <strong>of</strong> laws<br />
• Existence <strong>of</strong> community <strong>based</strong> resource management groups<br />
• Respect <strong>for</strong> traditional resource management rules<br />
• Social organizations<br />
• Local networks<br />
Physical capital assets:<br />
