● Breakdown probability (E-field strength<br />

<strong>and</strong> geometry)<br />

Breakdown probability depends on overvoltage above<br />

breakdown (rule <strong>of</strong> thumb bias ~20% above breakdown<br />

for ~100% breakdown probability)<br />
