The M<strong>in</strong>ister of Culture and Information overseas radio and TV operations. Viewers <strong>in</strong><br />

the country’s east can pick up TV stations from more liberal Gulf neighbors. The<br />

government blocks access to websites that deems offensive. Newspapers tend to follow<br />
