oRe ReSoURceS anD ReSeRveS<br />
The Statement of Ore Resources and Reserves presented<br />
in this Report has been produced in accordance with the<br />
Australasian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results,<br />
Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves, 2004 (the JORC<br />
Code). The ore resources tabulated are held within<br />
existing leases and fully permitted mining tenements. Our<br />
ore resources may include areas where some additional<br />
approvals remain outstanding, but where, based on the<br />
technical investigations we carry out as part of our planning<br />
process, and our knowledge and experience of the approvals<br />
process, we expect that such approvals will be obtained as<br />
part of the normal course of business and within the time<br />
frame required by the current production schedule. In the<br />
case of PT Koba Tin, mineable reserves will be subject to the<br />
renewal of its current mining concession under a Contract<br />
of Work (CoW) with the Indonesian Government which will<br />
expire on 31 March 2013. An application has been submitted<br />
for its further extension of 10 years to 2023.<br />
