Mrs. Brancato. I graduated from Omaha Technical High School<br />

<strong>in</strong> 1940 and a year at New Haven State Teachers College, 1940 and<br />

1941.<br />

Mr. NiTTLE. What is your present occupation?<br />

Mrs. Brancato. Housewife, occasional typ<strong>in</strong>g, part time.<br />

Mr. NiTTLE. Have you been employed as a teacher at any time <strong>in</strong><br />

<strong>the</strong> past?<br />

Mrs. Brancato. No, never.<br />

Mr. NiTTLE. It is <strong>the</strong> committee's <strong>in</strong><strong>for</strong>mation that you have been<br />

Bronx representative on <strong>the</strong> Central Coord<strong>in</strong>at<strong>in</strong>g Committee of an<br />

organization known as <strong>Women</strong> <strong>Strike</strong> <strong>for</strong> Peace, Metropolitan New<br />

York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.<br />
