Truck;<br />

5.4.1.2 Brake Performance;<br />

5.4.1.3 Propulsion performance;<br />

5.4.1.4 Dynamic performance;<br />

5.4.1.5 HVAC performance;<br />

5.4.1.6 Dynamic Envelope, loading gauge, and clearance<br />

requirements;<br />

5.4.1.7 Controls and Interlocks;<br />

5.4.1.8 Weight Management;<br />

5.4.1.9 Safety Management;<br />

5.4.1.10 Reliability Management;<br />

5.4.1.11 Availability Management;<br />

5.4.1.12 Maintainability and Mean Time To Repair<br />

5.4.2 Does the CDRL schedule assure that performance is<br />

proved by analysis before start of sub-assembly<br />

production<br />

5.5 Test Program Plan and <strong>Procedures</strong><br />

5.5.1 Will the test plan validate all analyses;<br />

5.5.2 Will the test plan validate performance that has not<br />

been analyzed;<br />

5.5.3 Will the acceptance testing proposed validate<br />

production results and fleet performance;<br />

5.5.4 Does the test plan and CDRL assure the vehicle will<br />

perform on the actual infrastructure;<br />

5.6 Design Documents.<br />

5.6.1 Review key documents to assure:<br />

5.6.1.1 The document addresses the intended issues;<br />

5.6.1.2 Assumptions made are valid and proven;<br />

5.6.1.3 Analytical methods meet current professional<br />

standards;<br />

5.6.1.4 Grantee review is by individuals qualified in the art;<br />

5.6.2 Drawing and Configuration Control will assure<br />

consistency throughout the fleet, including option<br />
