Customised
Executive Diploma
Programme
The UCSI Extension Executive Diploma: An
experience-based learning programme designed to
provide lifelong learning. The modular approach,
designed by corporate practitioners, targets working
adults in developing their talents and enhancing
their knowledge, skills and competencies at their
workplace in order to face challenges. Our team of
professional consultants will work with your management
team to develop a CUSTOMISED and
EFFECTIVE programme specically targeted to
address your competency gaps. The programme
can also be seen as an eort of appreciation towards
your long-serving sta, thus upholding sta
COMMITMENT and LOYALTY.
Programme Eligibility
• Passed Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with at least
THREE (3) credits in any subject.
• At least FIVE(5) years working experience.
• A special admission interview will be conducted
for those with less than THREE (3) credits in SPM.
Programme Structure
Participants will have to complete the programme
in 13 months;
10 months - 10 core subjects - one per month.
3 months - Project Paper and Presentation.
Mode of Study
Classes will be held once a week on every Saturday
or Sunday at UCSI University or other facilities
preferred by your organisation.
Mode of Delivery
Class discussion, case studies, assignment and
examination will base on current industry issues,
best practices and innovations. This is to ensure
participants are engaging value-added knowledge
and skills for your organisational growth.
Programme Recognition
Each participant will be awarded an ocial certicate
endorsed by UCSI University upon completion
of the programme. All our programmes are in
line with the Executive Diploma Guidelines set by
the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA).
