Designed Tactics Hastening Racial Conflict
Da-Uba, the world is troubled
by a feeling of insecurity stemming
from the planned use of atomic
weapons, from provocation, persecution
and ending up into frustration .
Oil tracing the source generating the
apprehension, we found a small
group of whites located in Europe,
America, Canada, South Africa,
Rhodfsia, Australia and the "Middle
East" with two naval fleets, far
away from their home base and arguing
with each other . What can be
expected, Uba ?
Uba-The "road that Angels fear
to tred" ; the road that one of our
sons, Jesus Christ, warned against :
Those who resort to the sword will
perish by it . It is claimed that "old
dogs may not easily be taught new
tricks" .
However, the youths of the world
are less gleeful over the shadow of
nuclear weapons hanging over their
heads and are stopping the entrenched
few in their crazy tract .
Students in the universities are telling
the agents of the "power structure"
that there is enough space on
this good earth and enough food to
satisfy the normal need of all who
believe in "live and let live" .
Da-TTba, there seems to be a related
"tug of war" in the New York
schools in particular over what are
called "miss-education" and "inferior
training" of children of depressed
communities. However, as
the war progressed, we notice the
shots and shells are mainly directed
at the African minority and not the
Puerto Ricans which is thrown in
as an extraneous blind fold .
In response to the communities'
legitimate and moral expectations, of
seeing their youngsters coming out
of school with ambition, pride and
responsibility, they found them not
only stripped of what they entered
with, hope and inspiration, but bewildered
and angry. In their endeavor
to rectify- this unfortunate
affair, by requesting the right to administer
their school, the communities
discovered their apprehension is
being used to create a "white back-

lash" by those with "Axe to grind
and fish to fry" .
What's back of all this turmoil,
Uba ? Over a million children and
their parents have become involved
over two schools, one in the African
communities in Brooklyn and the
other in Harlem?
Uba-The desire for greater profit,
to have and to hold exclusively . However
there comes a time when people
begin to take stock of themselves, to
compare how they were, how they
are and how they tend to be from
present trend.
In the past we had our family,
parental responsibility and bulldog
tenacity to keep together while we
work, watch and wait for the time
when we can change our environment
and thereby our status in line with
our liking. Suddenly we discover a
genocidal design that wrecked our
family, took control of our children,
re-educated them and now feeding
them on dope and alcohol . They are
seen littering the street like flies
while paradoxically our professionals,
unlike other national groups here
.1re silent, akin to treachery.
Uha-Independent leaders of our
communities discovered a peculiar
type of behavior among graduates,
whether they got their training from
the controlled and subjugated schools
or any other . That training places

them in a "colonial status", in a
category of messengers, of hero worshippers
of their trainees, rather than
independent leaders of their natural
fellows .
As a matter of fact, they are eonditioned
to shun the mass of the very
people from whence they sprung, to
keep them in substandard status and
to show signs of being honored too.
With those unnatural and damaging
evidcuce, independent leaders have
fortunatelv arisen and are trying to
reverse that mental "twist" . To do
this they are instituting a natural
and therefore healthy form of education
for African children, especially
of the primary age to reproduce
young men and women as credit to
society .
