On the East Sido of ;Harlem, ;New York,
and in tho Bronx, three thousand Puerto
Ricans {mostly Black stormed through
the; stre©ts in New York's worst racial
uprising since 1964 . Sniper fire from
rooftops kept polico pinned down while
liberators secured supplios from .atoms
in 'the area .
Similar incidents occurred in Grand
Rapids, Michigan, Saginaw, ~4ichigan,
Pontiac, Michigan, Wyoming, Michigan,
Flint, Michigan, Cincinnati, Ohio, and
Toledo, Ohio, which ring ; tho war-torn
