84, died peaceably <strong>in</strong><br />
his sleep, Friday, April 5, 2013<br />
at his home <strong>in</strong> Knoxville, TN.<br />
Jim grew up the son of the<br />
late Grace and Reaford Dial<br />
of Madisonville, TN. An Army<br />
Veteran, he proudly served <strong>in</strong><br />
the Korean War. He was well<br />
known <strong>in</strong> the Knoxville area<br />
for his dedicated work at F<strong>in</strong>n<br />
Equipment Co., Knoxville<br />
Sheet Metal, and Valley Electric.<br />
He was perhaps better<br />
known for all the <strong>in</strong>valuable<br />
advice he was always will<strong>in</strong>g<br />
to provide whether anyone<br />
wanted it or not. Survivors <strong>in</strong>clude<br />

61 years; daughter Sue<br />
Bivens (Jerry); sons Larry,<br />

Vietnam Veteran and an active<br />
member to the motor<br />
cycle community. He was<br />
loved by most, known by<br />
many, and he will never be<br />
