Golden hour was met / had enough room to participate. - Need to maintain vital signs / I saw first hand that the long board straps were put on wrong / Need to be emotional supportive to those w/ injured family members/ The fire department needs to be emotionally supportive & not so rough. + Hospital was great, responsive and had directional control of all patients. EMT's were considerate, nice and organized.
