The provisions of this catalog do not constitute a contract between the university and the enrolled student. The university reserves the right to change any provision, offering, requirement or fee at any time. A student may be required to withdraw (under appropriate procedures) whenever it is deemed to be in the best interest of the student and/or the university. The university may impose probation on any student whose conduct is unsatisfactory. Any admission based on false statements or documents presented by the student is void when the fraud is discovered, and the student is not entitled to credit for work that may have been completed. When a student is dismissed or suspended from the university for cause, there will be no refund of tuition and fees paid. If a dismissed student has paid only a part of the tuition and fees, the balance due the university will be collected. There will be no refund of tuition, fees or other payments made in the event the operation of the university is suspended as a result of any act of God, strike, riot, disruption or for any other reason beyond the control of the university.
