How do I get involved with an IFA committee?

IFA is always looking for members to get more
involved. Participating in a committee is a wonderful
way to get started. For a list of committees, turn to

Do you have regional meetings?
IFA has two regional programs. The Franchise
Business Network and the Women’s Franchise
Network. Additionally, IFA has Franchise Development
Seminars around the country throughout the

I’d like to speak at your annual convention.
Our Convention Committee has primary responsibility
for the slate of educational programs and speakers.
We generally select our speakers for the IFA convention
about eight months in advance of the event. If

How do you get a story published in Franchising
World magazine?

I’m looking for a mentor within the franchise
community.
IFA hosts an ambassador program for new members
every year in conjunction with the annual convention.
The ambassador acts as a mentor throughout the
year. Additionally, IFA can assign a mentor upon

Do you provide health insurance coverage?
IFA does not provide insurance to its members. We
do have Supplier Forum members who provide
various insurance related services designed just for
the franchise community. For more information select

What are the rates for advertising in your magazine
or on your website?
IFA offers many opportunities to reach its members and
prospective franchisees. For more information please

How do I update the listing for my company which
appears on franchise.org and in the Franchise
Opportunities Guide?
We encourage our members to update their
listing with IFA at least twice a year. Franchisors

IFA’s Supplier Forum membership consists of more
than 100 law firms that specialize in franchising.
