Note: Any sums used to facilitate Adviser Charges are deducted before funds are invested in EIS Companies and therefore do not
qualify for EIS Relief while the Manager’s Fundraising Charges are deducted after investment and thus may qualify for EIS Relief.

any charges, initial or ongoing, will be calculated as a percentage of the funds you invest in the Foresight Solar EIS Fund 3.
