their high-end electric<br />

guitar line, Hottie<br />

Guitars. The interactive<br />

site lets players customize<br />

their own guitars, upload their jams and download<br />

posters (pictured).<br />

The new Deering Banjos Web site went live on March<br />

29. The site makes it easier to find out about Deering<br />

products, order accessories and download online manuals.<br />

It also offers FAQ, video content, and a calendar of<br />

banjo and folk music festivals around the country.<br />

sales veteran,<br />

passed away on<br />

March 14.<br />

Beltrandi<br />

worked at KMC<br />

for 40 years and<br />

was a district<br />

sales manager in<br />

the Connecticut,<br />

western Massachusetts and southern<br />

New York state territories until March<br />

27, 2009.<br />

“John touched the lives of so<br />

many people,” said Paul Damiano,<br />

KMC’s senior vice president of sales<br />

and marketing. “We are all saddened<br />

that his life was tragically shortened<br />

but rejoice in having called him a<br />

friend and colleague. His spirit will<br />

live with us always.”<br />
