(d) Transactions of Oman Branch and the accounting effect of the Gammon Al Matar Joint Venture profits are accounted on the basis of the
accounts prepared specially for this purpose and which is duly audited by the Company’s auditor.
(e) During the year the Assets held by the Oman Branch have been transferred to India. The related Foreign Currency Translation Reserve has
been reversed.
