"The man that thou hast commanded hath God<br />

"commanded, and whosoever receiveth thy com-<br />

"mand hath delivered his soul from the judgment<br />

"which is prepared for the wicked."<br />

And it came to pass after all these things that<br />

<strong>Alexander</strong> wrote a letter unto Olympias, his<br />

mother, wherein he told her of what he had<br />

done; and it was as follows:<br />
