In April 2009, <strong>Finnlines</strong> Plc's subsidiary Hanseatic Shipping sold MS Finnhansa to Grimaldi Group at the market price of EUR 40 million<br />
with call option to repurchase by <strong>Finnlines</strong> Plc at the same price. This call option was exercised and MS Finnhansa (renamed Transrussia)<br />
was bought in July <strong>2010</strong> by <strong>Finnlines</strong> Deutschland GmbH and started plying in TransRussiaExpress traffic between Lübeck and<br />
St. Petersburg.<br />
Redelivery of the two vessels, hired to Grimaldi Group in 2009, took place in the first quarter <strong>2010</strong> and at the beginning of the second<br />
quarter <strong>2010</strong>.<br />
