The site is located to the southern edge of<br />
<strong>Donabate</strong> Town <strong>Centre</strong>. The Railway Line bounds<br />
the western edge of the site. Smyth's Public House<br />
bounds the northern edge of the site onto Main<br />
Street. A large surface car park is located to the<br />
rear of the Public House.<br />

The land contained within the area’s boundary is<br />
elevated rising southward from the lowest point<br />
along the northern edge (12m) to 18m high.<br />

are found to the northern edge of the site.<br />
