Existing Uses<br />

The site immediately to the west currently consists<br />

of a former Station Master's House as well as<br />

<strong>Donabate</strong> Railway Station. A mixed use commercial<br />

development which housed the Post Office forms<br />

the southern boundary of the site. To the eastern<br />

boundary of the site lies a detached single storey<br />

bungalow.<br />

The majority of the site consists of surface car<br />

parking associated with the Railway Station.<br />
