Key Area 4 forms a key gateway site to the west of <strong>Donabate</strong> Town <strong>Centre</strong>.<br />
Turvey Avenue<br />
The site is bounded to the east by the railway track, to the north by the recently constructed residential<br />
development ‘The Gallery’ and to the south by Turvey Avenue<br />
Access to the site is from Turvey Avenue<br />
The majority of the site is currently undeveloped with no established treestands or vegetation<br />
There exists within the eastern part of the site, immediately adjacent to the railway track, a surface car<br />
park and a pedestrian bridge facilitating access to the station<br />
A new access road has been constructed inside the northern and western site boundaries<br />
