1.21.1 Supersport and Superstock races<br />
1.21.1.1 Dry Races - A race classified as dry will be interrupted by the<br />
Race Director, if he considers that climatic conditions affecting the<br />
surface of the track makes it likely that riders will wish to change<br />
tyres.<br />
1.21.1.2 Wet Races - A race classified as wet, usually commenced in<br />
varying or wet conditions, will not be interrupted for climatic<br />
reasons and riders who wish to change tyres or make adjustment<br />
must enter the pits and do so during the actual race.<br />
1.21.1.3 In all cases where the first race is stopped for climatic reasons,<br />
then the restart will, automatically, be a “wet” race.<br />
1.21.2 Superbike races<br />
A race will not be interrupted for climatic reasons except for<br />
extraordinary events and riders who wish to change tyres or<br />
make adjustments must enter the pits and do so during the<br />
actual race.<br />
1.22 BEHAVIOUR DURING PRACTICE AND RACE<br />
1) Riders must obey the flag signals, the light signals, and the<br />
boards which convey instructions. Any infringement to this<br />
rule will be penalised according to the provisions of article<br />
1.24.<br />
2) Riders must ride in a responsible manner which does not<br />
cause danger to other competitors or participants, either on<br />
the track or in the pit-lane. Any infringement of this rule will<br />
be penalised with one of the following penalties: fine - drop of<br />
position(s) - ride through –time penalty – drop of any number<br />
of grid positions at the rider’s next race – disqualification -<br />
withdrawal of Championship points - suspension.<br />
