3. 3x3 <strong>FIBA</strong> <strong>ENDORSED</strong> EVENT STAMPS<br />
Endorsed events are events recognised by <strong>FIBA</strong>. They are part of the <strong>FIBA</strong> 3X3<br />
Competition network and are tournaments organised by promoters, national<br />
federations or other organisations.<br />
The Qualifiers for <strong>FIBA</strong> 3X3 World Tour are endoserd events and therefore<br />
must use this stamp and no other <strong>FIBA</strong> 3x3 mark.<br />
<strong>FIBA</strong> <strong>ENDORSED</strong><br />
1 - To be used as stamp and cannot be manipulated<br />
2 - Cannot be used in close proximity with any commercial partners<br />
or commercial entities<br />
3 - Cannot be used in any type of merchandise<br />
4 – Cannot be used by any third parties<br />
5 – All visuals using this stamp must be sent to <strong>FIBA</strong> for final check<br />
and approval<br />
6 – No other logos of <strong>FIBA</strong> 3x3 can be used by Promoters or any third<br />
parties in any circumstance<br />
7 - The 3x3 marks are part of <strong>FIBA</strong> intellectual property and are<br />
protected by trade mark and copyright registration. Accordingly no<br />
third party can manipulate those or copy them in any way or form.<br />
