a. 52-Week Employees<br />
Employees who work fifty-two (52) week schedules and eight (8) hours<br />
per day will be eligible for WMHIP Versatile Plan full-family coverage with<br />
the employee paying 15% of the insurance premium through payroll<br />
deduction. Fifty-two week employees who work less than eight (8) hours<br />
per day will have their coverage pro-rated.<br />
b. Non-52 Week Employees<br />
Employees who work thirty-eight (38) weeks or more per year, but less<br />
than fifty-two (52), and work thirty (30) or more hours per week, will be<br />
eligible for WMHIP Versatile Plan single-subscriber coverage with the<br />
employee paying 15% of the premium through payroll deduction. The<br />
single-subscriber rate, less 15% employee contribution, can be applied<br />
to purchasing 2-person or full-family medical coverage. Monthly<br />
premiums will be deducted from the employee’s pay throughout the year.<br />
Employees who work thirty-eight (38) weeks or less, and less than thirty<br />
(30) hours per week may purchase medical insurance at the full premium<br />
cost. Monthly premiums will be deducted from their pay throughout the<br />
year.<br />
2. Dental Insurance<br />
The Board will provide a dental plan through ADN Administrators, Inc. Specific<br />
terms and conditions of coverage are set forth in the group policy provided by<br />
the Board.<br />
a. 52-Week Employees<br />
Employees who work fifty-two (52) week schedules will be eligible for<br />
full-family coverage. Fifty-two (52) week employees who work less than<br />
eight (8) hours a day will have their coverage pro-rated.<br />
b. Non-52 Week Employees<br />
Employees who work less than fifty-two (52) weeks are eligible to<br />
purchase dental insurance at the full premium cost. Premiums will be<br />
deducted from their pay throughout the school year.<br />
