Appraisal Subcommittee Chair,
Peter W. Gillispie, U.S. Department
of Housing and Urban
Development.
Explanation. The Council is
required to approve the selection
of the Appraisal Subcommittee
Chair, who serves a two-year
term.

Action. Approved the appointment
of six task force chairs.
Explanation. The chairs for all six
standing task forces are approved
annually and are drawn from management
and staff of the five federal
member agencies and representatives
of the State Liaison
Committee (SLC).

Action. Approved the 2011 annual
report of the Council to the
Congress.
Explanation. The legislation establishing
the Council requires that,
not later than April l of each year,
the Council publish an annual
report covering its activities during
the preceding year.
March 19, 2012
Action. Approved re-appointment
of SLC member, David Cotney,
Massachusetts Division of Banks
Commissioner.
Explanation. The Council appoints
two of the SLC members. The
remaining three members are designated
by the Conference of State
Banking Supervisors, the American
Council of State Savings Supervi-
sors, and the National Association
of State Credit Union Supervisors.

Action. Approved CDR Contract
Re-Compete Process, naming the
FDIC to serve as the procurement
agent.
Explanation. The current CDR contract
for system support to process
the Consolidated Reports
of Condition and Income (Call
Report) and the UBPR will expire
in November 2013. An interagency
team identified and analyzed
alternatives for continuing system
support beyond November 2013,
and a case recommending one of
the alternatives was presented to
the Council for consideration.
December 3, 2012
Action. Approved the 2013 Council
budget.
Explanation. The Council is
required to approve the annual
budget that funds the Council's
staff, programs, and activities.
